What foods are best cooked in stainless steel utensils in good quality? I intend to ...?
I intend to buy cookware Calphalon contemporary, but I'm having trouble deciding between stainless steel or nonstick. The exterior steel Steel is absolutely beautiful, but I worry about my food sticking to pans. Instead of buying a set of one or the other, I think I should buy each piece separately. So I wonder, what foods are best cooked in steel Stainless and why?
I cook almost everything in pots of good stainless steel. I love mine. The steel is heated very quickly and retains heat. You will find cooking to a temperature slightly lower. Cookware Can I hit in the kitchen. I do not want to work hard to care them. I do not want glass lids that can not be replaced if I get one. There is nothing wrong with buying a starter kit, but I prefer to buy pots that I need. Most of my pots are not. That's fine with me. They are my tools, not for them to decorate kitchen. I: 4 stainless steel pots. 1 stainless steel pan. 3 cast iron skillets. 1 Heavy rolled steel wok, 1 stainless steel pot. I use cast iron for most, fry in stainless steel for almost everything. I prefer the stainless steel tray for burning flesh, I'll simmer oven. I also have several pieces of pottery and glass Pyrex Corning I use in the oven.
